It is vitally important to be 100% certain of what we are taking into our bodies! You ultimately wear what you consume. His Royal Highness, Prince Adam Bin Alwaleed Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud is VERY conscious  of what quality of foods I get for myself AND my Feline son, Squeaks. Sometimes, he eats better than I do!!! 

I feed him bits of Lamb, Beef,  chicken, Tuna, Salmon, and of course, oysters, and Shrimp. 

He occasionally eats peanut butter, Sea weed, and some cereals.
