Here os a FULL-Filling, Belly Tapping meal you will lick your chops after...... Start with a New York Strip Steak or other Steak...... Get some Coconut oil, Avacado Oil, Mesquite Smoke, Champagne Cheddar Cheese, Muenster Cheese, fresh cloves of garlic,  Put some Coconut oil  into your Iron Skillet....saute the chopped garlic ,  then add the steak.
